Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, none of our residents has contracted the illness. Our staff is intensively committed to the physical and emotional wellbeing of our patients. Most of our caregivers have remained onsite throughout the pandemic.

Infection control guidelines

The Estates at Laytonsville is following infection control guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Maryland’s and Montgomery County’s health departments. All of our staff uses personal protective equipment (PPE) and are regularly tested for fever and monitored for symptoms.

The Covid-19 pandemic and quarantine response have been exceedingly difficult for seniors. In addition to maintaining physical wellbeing by following assisted living/nursing home regulations, we are committed to buoying the spirits of our residents throughout the crisis.
