The dream of The Estates at Laytonsville began when founder Betty Kasasa worked in a nursing home. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Betty met deeply unhappy residents. One day a new patient of Betty’s began to cry. The patient had never before been treated with such kindness.
The Estates at Laytonsville is a special community of residential homes each limited to eight private suites. We are family owned and operated. Here, residents’ needs matter.
